Serves: 2 dozen wings

Ingredients
3 pounds Chicken wings
1 cup All purpose flour
2 cups Peach preserves
1/4 cup Chicken broth
1/4 cup White vinegar
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 or 3 Serrano peppers (finely chopped)
2 Shallots (finely chopped)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Minced chives (for topping, optional)
Ranch dip (for serving, optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Use a knife to cut through the two chicken wing joints and discard the wing tips. Place the remaining pieces in a resealable plastic bag, add the flour, seal the bag and shake to coat. Coat a 4 or 5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray and place the wings inside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the peach preserves, chicken broth, vinegar, soy sauce, peppers, shallots, garlic, and salt. Once well combined, pour the mixture over the chicken wings and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. If desired, top with minced chives and serve with ranch dip.
